General Description
Solwezi has recently started to produce Amethyst and semi clear specimens which have fairly complex colour distribution which often manifests as phantom-like features inside the Quartz crystals. The clusters tend to be plate-like sections of more complex large pockets. The material often has a frosted patina and is not always perfectly intact but we have selected the best of the available material. Mostly in good condition but some damage is to be expected.
